PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2021

The country’s finest developers will be honoured at the virtual edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards to celebrate the best projects, designs, and innovations within the industry throughout the past year. 

Presented by global brand Kohler, the 9th annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards is the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry honours. The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in 2005. With a professionally run and supervised judging system, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate. 

With health and safety front-of-mind, the virtual gala will be conducted in a closed studio setting and observe social distancing rules in line with prevailing health guidelines. Shortlisted property developers and special awardees will be accepting the awards remotely and virtually, with their golden statuettes and certificates after the gala night.
