By signing up and registering as an attendee of the Event, you acknowledge and agree that PropertyGuru Group may collect, use, process and disclose your personal data as set forth in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.propertygurugroup.com/terms-and-conditions/, which may be updated and modified from time to time.
You hereby consent to the video filming and sound recording as an attendee of the Event (which could be in-person or virtually), whether as a member of the audience, recipient of an Award or otherwise. Your name, voice, image, picture and likenesses (including any and all attributes of your personality) may be recorded during the Event. Any such recording may be used in print, digital, online or other formats for marketing, promotional, archival and other purposes, at PropertyGuru Group’s sole discretion, in perpetuity. All intellectual property rights in relation to the recordings shall belong solely to PropertyGuru Group.
You agree that the use of your name, voice, image, picture and likenesses shall be without any compensation to you, and you hereby release PropertyGuru Group, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature in relation to such use and recording.
